Ms. Kelps has a strong background in association management and international meeting planning. She has served in the position of President/Owner of several firms including Association Management Solutions, LLC (Full Service Association Management Firm) and Seamless Meetings International (International Meeting Management.)

Ms. Kelps’ International Meeting Management experience includes personally developing, negotiating and managing corporate, association and incentive meetings around the world. She has provided full service Association Management to regional, national trade and professional associations. Services include coordination of day-to-day operations, membership development, budget and financial planning, and event coordination. Her achievements include helping to reorganize a national technology association from a budget of $80,000 to a $2.5M budget.

Ms. Kelps brings over 25 years of the entrepreneurial spirit to her business career. Her business adage has always been twofold: create a successful and profitable business; enable those she partners with to also become successful and profitable.

From 1988-1999, Mr. Carey served as President of Smith, Bucklin, Inc., the largest Association Management firm in the United States providing outsourced staffing services to 150-client organizations. Mr. Carey has extensive management experience in the hospitality industry. Mr. Carey serves as a Smith Bucklin board member and on three (3) other corporation boards.
